These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TechQub Solutions’ website and services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide consulting, development, and managed services as described on our website. Specific engagements are governed by separate statements of work.

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payment & Fees

Fees for services are set out in proposals or subscription pages. Late payments may incur interest and service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks. Deliverables created for you are licensed as defined in the applicable statement of work.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information secure and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services with reasonable skill. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the services in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for consequential or special damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your agreement or, absent that, the laws where TechQub Solutions is registered.
